Refund Policy

At Shree Radhe Gau Sewa Dham, we deeply appreciate your generous contributions and support for our cause. As a charitable organization, we strive to ensure transparency in all our financial transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which donations, payments, and other transactions may be refunded or cancelled.

1. Donations Policy

• All donations made to Shree Radhe Gau Sewa Dham are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Donations are used for the care, medical treatment, shelter, and well-being of rescued cows.

• Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in exceptional cases (see below).

• We provide donation receipts for all contributions, which may be used for tax exemption (if applicable).

2. Refund Policy

A refund may be issued only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Transaction – If a donor accidentally makes multiple donations for the same amount.

• Fraudulent Transaction – If a payment was made using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.

Refund Process:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction.

• Donors must provide proof of the transaction (e.g., receipt, bank statement).

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

• The final decision on refunds will be at the sole discretion of Shree Radhe Gau Sewa Dham and management of Yuva Gau Sewak Welfare Society (Regd.).

3. Event Registration Cancellation (if any)

If you have registered for an event, workshop, or volunteer program hosted by Shree Radhe Gau Sewa Dham, the following cancellation rules apply:

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the event – Full refund (if applicable).

• Cancellations after the deadline or no-shows – No refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review them periodically.
